Our Contact Service Advisors are at the heart of our organisation and respond to all enquiries from our customers whilst coordinating bookings and out of hour emergency repairs.

If you have experience in a customer facing role coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, then this maybe just the role for you! 

To be successful you will need experience managing customer queries and enjoy problem solving. You will possess a confident telephone manner, be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to use your initiative.

The role is offered on a zero hours basis, and you will be working weekday evenings and weekends over a 24 hour pattern.
