Our Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of our organisation and respond to all enquiries from our customers whilst coordinating bookings and installations for our field-based technicians team. 

To be successful in the role you will need to be IT literate and used to working with Microsoft applications. You will also require confidence dealing with customer queries, and have a passion for problem solving. 

If you have experience in a customer facing role coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, then this maybe just the role for you.  The role is based at our Eastbourne office, 37 hours per week. 

Salary £17,650
