We are currently recruiting for a skilled HR Co-ordinator to join our busy HR Team, help develop the service we offer and support the growing number of Doro employees across the UK.
The successful candidate will play a key part creating our online recruitment processes, supporting company wide recruitment campaigns, and onboarding new starters.
You will also provide generalist administrative support to the team across the entire lifecycle, assisting with e-learning training and getting involved in other adhoc projects such as social media, and employee benefits promotion.
You must be well organised with the ability to work to the pace of the business, and have a passion for HR software and customer engagement.
Experience gained in an HR administrative setting is required, and CIPD Level 3 qualification would be an advantage.
The role is for 30 hours a week, across 4 days and will initially be home based, returning to our West Malling office when able.
